Student pressure and solution

Welcome back to my blog my self Devashish Tak and in this blog we will discuss about a very important topic, which now a days every student faces That is student pressure.
At first we should know about what actually student pressure is. In simple terms we can say that student pressure is a pressure in which a student is burdened by a lot of work, assignments, homework, exams to achieve academic goal. So these pressure if not reduced may have very serious outcome so in this blog we will discuss about the solutions of student pressure or academic pressure or how to overcome through these pressure
So every problem have some solutions, I hope you all have heard about That idiom when life gives you lemon make it lemonade.
Which simply means make the best out of the difficult situations
Solutions of student pressure
1. Do what makes you happy some time changing mood may help us out to overcome the situations like these. so do what make you happy like doing your hobbies for example many people feels happy by listening music , playing games , watching movies etc.
2. Meditation it is a very simple idea to overcome from stress and pressure. doing meditation only for 10 minutes a day may help you to release stress , if you have never tried meditation then you should try it. It is really a good idea .
3. Exercise or sports doing exercise daily and playing sports for once in a week may help you feel good
4. Social gathering you should involve in social gathering so that your mind gets diverted from these pressure. Talking to friends and family may relax you.
5. Always learn from mistakes if you missed the dead lines of assignments , home works or you get fail in exams do not give up always try to learn from these mistakes and prepare good strategies for the next time
6. Taking a healthy diet a healthy diet is very important to over come with stress and pressure because if you do not take a healthy diet your body becomes weaken and that affects your mind so in this condition you might feel more pressure of work so always take a healthy diet
7. Time management time management is very necessary if you manage your time according to your work . then you might not having any kind of pressure
8. Work hard if we will try to study hard for exam giving our full efforts on completing assignments and homework then also these situation might not occur.
We should take these pressure and stress as a challenge for our self that I can do this or that work on a given time I will study hard for my exams . because these are pressure not only just for school or college . these pressure may come anytime in our life of different type .these pressure gives us experience that how to overcome from these situations .
Academic pressure is un controllable factor give up from these situation is not a solution the major solution is that you must have patience and a good time management
Take academic pressure in a good way that you can beat your pressure by saying
Yes I can and I will
